Inspired by the site's existing mixed hardwood forest, the landscape architecture embraces a native plant palette that creates a seamless transition between the developed community and the adjacent woodland.

at the heart of the project, a community garden is carefully integrated beneath the preserved tree canopy, providing an inviting gathering space where accessible raised planting beds encourage residents of all ages and abilities to participate. a central garden pavilion serves as a functional potting station while decorative string lighting transforms the space into a warm, social destination.

resort-style amenities—including a modern pool, clubhouse, recreation areas, and a dedicated dog park—are woven throughout the landscape to create a vibrant residential experience that celebrates both community and nature.
