the grey

the grey is a contemporary multifamily community designed to reinforce the project's modern urban character while creating inviting outdoor environments for everyday living. the landscape complements the architecture through a restrained palette of materials, structured planting, and thoughtfully organized amenity spaces that provide a seamless connection between the buildings and the surrounding site.

the scope of work included the design and documentation of the community's primary outdoor amenities, including the resort-style pool, outdoor lounge and entertainment areas, pedestrian circulation, planting design, hardscape, site furnishings, irrigation, and streetscape improvements. each space was carefully planned to encourage social interaction while providing comfortable areas for relaxation and recreation.

developed through close collaboration with the owner, architect, civil engineer, and contractor, the landscape creates a cohesive residential environment that balances functionality, durability, and contemporary design, contributing to a distinctive sense of place within tampa's evolving urban fabric.
