timber creek is a single-family residential community where the design was shaped by the site's existing natural character. from the earliest stages of planning, mature oak groupings were carefully evaluated and preserved, allowing the amenity center and surrounding open spaces to be organized around the existing canopy rather than replacing it. the result is a landscape that feels established, authentic, and deeply connected to its setting.

drawing from central florida's native ecosystems, the planting design features a predominantly native palette accented by cedars and pines that reinforce the woodland character of the community. natural stone, warm-toned hardscape materials, and understated architectural details create an earthy, timeless aesthetic, while selective color accents provide moments of visual interest throughout the amenity experience. a mature deodar cedar serves as the signature focal point of the landscape composition.

scope of work involved site planning, amenity design, hardscape, planting, irrigation, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration. the project was delivered through close coordination with the architect, civil, structural, and pool engineers, ensuring a cohesive design that balances environmental stewardship, functionality, and long-term community value.
